01

What is the site supposed to do?

A dental clinic website quote becomes useful when the job is clear. For a Bangalore practice, that might be helping a referred patient confirm the dentist, understand the services, find the clinic and request an appointment on a phone. It is not automatically a patient portal, an online store or a live scheduling system.

Dental clinic website cost in India depends on those choices. Instead of treating a price band as your answer, write a short brief that every provider can price. Then compare the build, the recurring costs and the work you will have to do yourself.

The short answer: ask for a fixed quote against a named page list, writing scope, contact flow, mobile checks and handover. Keep tax, domain renewals and optional care visible. There is no verified universal price for a dental clinic website.

02

One dated vendor example, not a market average

Codingclave's guide, published May 3, 2026 and checked October 4, lists a basic 5-7-page dental website at ₹20,000-₹40,000. Its stated scope includes mobile-responsive design, an enquiry form, Maps, basic SEO, one revision round and 30-day post-launch support. It lists larger packages with different software and page counts. Read the vendor's published scope.

These are that vendor's figures, not VerandaWeb prices or an independent India-wide average. Tax treatment and the current final quote need checking. The same page makes patient-growth and conversion claims that are not used here because they were not independently verified.

Our existing clinic cost guide explains the different routes and planning budgets. This worksheet is for the next step: comparing real written quotes without losing important differences.

03

A Bangalore brief you can adapt

This is a hypothetical single-location dental clinic in Bangalore (Bengaluru), not a client case or a promised package. It needs a homepage, dentist page, service overview, individual pages only for services that warrant useful detail, and a contact page with accurate hours, address and a directions link.

The owner supplies approved dentist credentials, treatment facts, real clinic photos and the appointment number. The builder writes patient-facing copy for the owner to check, designs for phones, and tests the enquiry path. Any public review reuse is checked for permission, platform terms and applicable advertising rules. No patient records are collected on the website.

The button says "Request an appointment". It opens a conversation with the clinic, but reception confirms the slot. Live slot availability, deposits, a patient portal and clinic-management software are excluded unless separately quoted. A map link and an appointment-request button should not quietly become a full software project.

Do not score every added feature as a benefit. If your team will not keep a blog current or manage a complex booking tool, the smaller scope may be the better fit. Ask what must be supplied before the timeline starts.

05

Separate the build from the running costs

The domain renews. Hosting may be free for an eligible small static site, but that does not make every part of running the site free. Email, paid software, content changes and care can have their own costs. Ask for current renewal prices rather than an introductory offer.

Cloudflare's Pages Free plan documents 500 builds a month and 20,000 files per site; static asset requests are free and unlimited. Those facts can suit a simple static clinic website. They do not mean a booking backend, paid API, email service or other provider's subscription is free. Pages limits; static requests and Functions pricing.

Ask whether hosting is in an account you control, whether you get the files, and what happens when you stop paying for care. A free hosting platform and a paid support service are different things.

06

A three-year comparison without fake prices

Make three columns, one per quote. For each, add:

  1. The build total, including applicable tax.
  2. Three years of actual quoted domain renewal and hosting charges.
  3. Thirty-six months of optional care, only if you choose it.
  4. Known licence renewals and the likely changes you asked the provider to price.
  5. A note for unknown fees, exclusions and exit costs.

Three-year total = build + annual charges for three years + monthly charges for thirty-six months + agreed one-off extras. This is a planning formula, not a prediction. Renewals can change; use the contract terms and clearly mark assumptions.

If Quote A excludes writing and Quote B includes it, get a writing estimate before calling A cheaper. If a subscription includes live scheduling you genuinely need, do not compare it with a simple request button as if both do the same job.

07

Check the patient path before the design details

Open the provider's live work on your phone. Can you read the heading without zooming? Can you find the clinic location, the dentist and the contact button? Does the button go to the correct number or form? Can a visitor tell whether they requested a time or actually booked one?

A beautiful page with stale hours creates work for reception. A clear contact path cannot fix slow replies, incorrect availability or a missed call. Agree who checks those details after launch. Avoid any quote promising first place on Google or a guaranteed patient count.

For an existing site, ask whether a repair will do: better copy, a working button, readable mobile layout or corrected location information. A rebuild makes sense when the structure or platform cannot support the needed changes at a reasonable effort.

08

Where VerandaWeb fits

VerandaWeb is one person, Yash Bhatter, handling design, words and structure for doctors, dentists and clinics. The demo comes first and costs nothing to look at. The build is quoted at a fixed price for your scope before you commit; it is not a public menu of invented packages.

The live offer includes two rounds of changes and 30 days of small fixes after the site goes live. The Care Plan is optional, and the site remains yours. Timing depends on the agreed scope and getting the clinic facts checked. No website comes with a guaranteed ranking or patient total.

Send your clinic name, Bangalore area, services, photos and appointment contact through the existing free-demo enquiry. If the old site only needs a fix, send its address first. Do not send patient records or passwords.
